We have an open door policy for everyone, be it a member of the public or a member of Council. Please be mindful that we are an outdoors based enterprise with rather dynamic and unusual operational hours due to the nature of daily work.

Hours & Availability

We love hearing from you and ask that you contact us via the Contact Form below, directly by email if possible, or by phoning our offices. Typically, our hours of business are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. During the on-the-water season, the hours of business vary depending on the event that is taking place. Due to our fluctuating work hours, we thank you for your patience in advance and will respond as soon as we can.
