As part of the Welland International Flatwater Centre legacy, various regattas throughout our season offer volunteer stipends. As stated in our values and goals: "We are committed to leaving a legacy; to being an influential organization providing significant synergies and ongoing support to the community through the Recreational Waterway." As such, we offer funds for community organizations to give back and thank our volunteers.
