The Waterway and the facilities along its shores are host to a vast array of programs and events through out the calendar year. From tots to seniors, there is always something to enjoy on and around the Waterway. More than forty registered events are staged annually by one of the many incredible community partners her in Welland or staged by the Canal Corporation itself.
From picnics, weddings, photography sessions, tree planting and environmental activities, charity runs, concerts, festivals, regattas, triathlons, scuba events, running groups, art camps, YMCA camps, Big Brothers Big Sisters days, cultural showcases or just walking the trails, the Waterway is an incredible jewel for everyone in the community.
